Thursday night I took the wife to a joint I've never been to before: Davenport's in the 1300 block of Milwaukee. We saw Anna Fermin & Trigger Gospel. We were blown away. The sound in there was great. The band was great. The room is small. It was like we hire a 5-piece to entertain us privately & it was only $10 to get in.
