Low fat breakfast today: Coffee and a couple nice, smooth Camel Lights. I'm gonna try to stay on track and have the same thing for lunch. I wish this was a joke.

I am 6'2" tall and 235 pounds.

I am 42 years old.

I am married.

I do not exercise.

I am well beyond the point of caring.

Is that because you are married or because you are 42 years old?

Don't make your diet so draconian that you quit enjoying life. That's why so many diets fail.

If you eat sensibly every day and exercise most days, you can enjoy a cupla cocktails during a bears game.
