Low fat breakfast today: Coffee and a couple nice, smooth Camel Lights. I'm gonna try to stay on track and have the same thing for lunch. I wish this was a joke. |

Don't make your diet so draconian that you quit enjoying life. That's why so many diets fail. If you eat sensibly every day and exercise most days, you can enjoy a cupla cocktails during a bears game. |

If you're weight training as well, some of that fat is going to turn into muscle, maybe you lost more than you think and just packed it back on as muscle. |
