Busy chasing down criminals. I'll weigh in after I run them over. just remember. when you see 5 weirdos dressed in togas stabbing a guy in the park, DON'T shoot the bastards...even though I know it's your policy. It's Shakespeare in the Park. |

Ironically the other night I downed 2 beers when I got home after exercising. My husband felt it was counter productive. |

Start: 193 Week 2: 190 Week 3: 190 I had a wedding in STL this weekend. That coupled with Halloween stunted my progress. I can't imagine the bachelor party in KC this weekend will help any, either. I'm still getting after it, though. |

If you guys would get on that Biggest Loser show, you'd all be dropping double digits each week. Maybe next season they should have "Biggest Loser: CSFMB Edition". |

That sounds like a Skiles quote, Nas. I hope that's not reflective of the results. Anyway, I'm deriving a little extra motivation by looking at this quest as another opportunity to kick Bulldog Scott's ass. I've already proven to be "More Now" (barely), and soon enough I'll have my chance to whoop his sorry excuse of a fantasy basketball team, but If I can beat him to the target weight, then there will be no more confusing us. |

What's the target for you, Musty? Perhaps, we can make it interesting... |

I'm looking to drop 28lbs (13.5%) to get down to 180. What do you have in mind Sculldog? |

What do you have in mind Sculldog? I will shoot for 28 lbs (from my start of 193), too. That will get me down to 165. A lot of this will have to be on the honor system, since it would be extremely easy to cheat. That being said, the stakes should be relatively small compared to your bet with Stoneroses. |

Let's make it a 12 pack of your favorite premium beer. The winner will be the first person to hit the target weight loss, or the one with the largest weight loss by the Superbowl (about 3 months). Thoughts? |

It took me about five minutes to figure out what the hell you wrote. My first thought was, "man, that was quite a load!" Start: 152 Last Week: 150 This week: 146 ?????? WTF ?????? I lost six pounds in the last two weeks. I'm trying to gain weight. However, my weight and my bench press are going in opposite directions, so something is working. |

Started 152, today 154.5 butt nekked even though I look much different and have gotten a ton stronger. Goal is to hit 170. May need to enlist the services of one Barry Bonds to make this happen... |

We can start a thread to track the progress and the wager. We can do Nas style pictures of the scale. We should probably start with next Monday with the pictures, just in case you're already down to 183 and only need to lose 3 more pounds, or something crazy like that. Good luck. |

I know there is no way to track this but I think everyone should go all natural. No diet pills or supplements. All I take is vitamins, and some flex seed oil So what's your taret weight, Nas? |

If that was the case, I'd be like that asshole on the biggest looser who drank 2 gallons of water before his weigh-in. You two yutes should be able to kick my old ass, but if it keeps me motivated it'll be the best beer I ever bought. |

Nas, why don't we call it 188.60 as your target, so we can all shoot for 28 pounds from our start weight. |

Ah, you weight losers have it easy. It's way harder to gain because there's only one way to do it, by adding a shit ton of muscle. |

Nothing to report. Will weigh in later when I get home and report. I probably gained some based on my culinary indiscretions over the weekend. |

Thats the only way to do it and look good still. Trust me when I say that beer 5-6 nights a week and pizza will do the trick just fine. |

I'll drink 4 or 5 beers 6-7 nights a week and have for years. Pizza and fast food all the time too. Now I've added the working out, creatine, and nasty ass protein shakes but nothing has been helping. Maybe something will just snap and I'll gain like 5 or 6 pounds in a week or something. |

If your getting stronger, maybe your body composition will just change before your weight, as you start to lose fat you didn't realize you had. As much as it sucks to be big, it sucks even more to be small; I think it's harder to correct. |

I can't afford a fancy scale like you all. I'll be weighed Friday and see how I'm doing. I'm not expecting much. I've had a bad week. My grandma died, my husband's grandma was diagnosed with cancer, and you know the other family news. Just bad all around. |
