Week 1: 193 Week 2: 190 Week 3: 190 Week 4: 189.5 Change: -3.5 Would have been better, but I had a bachelor party this weekend and slipped a little. I'm anticipating no diversions until Thanksgiving, so I have a little time to make some progress. Nice job, Musty! Keep it up. |

I haven't lost as much weight as I would have liked to by now, but I can tell that I have lost an inch or so in my waist and I'm toning up a little. |

I still have to drop about 26 more pounds. It's not going to be easy but this board has been a huge help in keeping me motivated. I think not drinking alcohol has played a huge role in my weight loss so far. I agree. It's just more fun when you mix in a little competition. The board is responsible for those additional 5-10 minutes on the bike or the treadmill, after the point where normally I just get too bored to keep going. |

I play music from Nas and watch the Boston Red Sox world series highlight video to keep me motivated during my workouts. |

Back to 230. Since last weigh in had to work 14-18 hour days including weekends. Worked out lightly only twice. Downed a few beers over the course of these days after I got home from the office. Long days at the office also involved pizza and sandwich+fries takeouts, snacking on chips and cookies, and large amounts of coffee with sugar and caffeinated sugary pop. I know I sound like I am making excuses, which I probably do, but wanted to make sure I share the impact of lethal combination of little to no exercise + high fat/carb food + beer + lotsa caffeine and sugar + high stress + little sleep. 12 days of this gave me 4 lbs. I also feel like I have a bad hangover. |

Started 214. Currently: 203.8 (Just came by from gym) I think I can reach my 200 goal by next Thursday. 195 was what I was going for, but 200 is acceptable. |
