I like it, Frank. Tunes and lyrics are solid, vox needs some work. He sounds a little constipated on acoustic songs. Is he playing and singing at the same time? Is he leaning too much into the mic? If that's the case, try to split his instrumental and vocal tracks. Also when recording the vocal track, raise the mic and have him stand 2-3 feet away and just sing as if the mic doesn't exist.

these (for the most part) are all very rough demos. done on an MBox in a buddy's apt, where we cant play all that loud. we're also playing open mic again tonite. for anyone in or near oak lawn, come to quigley's tonite.
