Start - 208 lbs Today- 192.4 lbs YTD total loss 15.6lbs Can't tell if the lower weight is the result of shoveling snow for an hour this morning, or just a lighter wallet after buying the car last night, but I'll take it. ![]() Where is Sculldog Bott the last couple weeks? It's just Nas & me from the original thread ![]() |

Mainly doing cardio for me. I'm up to an hour on the treadmill or bike 5-6 times per week. I eat more salads than I used to, but they all have a chicken breast or Wndy's chili on them and lots of cheese and dressing. I'm drinkig a ton of water too. I still drink pop & beer, but not as much as I used to. |

Goal: Lose 10 lbs before end of Feb before surgery. 1/1/08: 260.8 1/8/08: 259.4 1/12/08: 257.6 1/20/08: 257.8 Total Loss: 3.0 lbs Week Gain: 0.2 lbs Bad week. The cold weather locked me in this weekend, slowed down the workouts and increased the food intake. Back to work. |

Started 215 Today 209 Lowest: 205 Goal 190-195. I've been slacking lately, but next week I'm going to go on a major diet and hit the weights. |
