I need help identifying a part (inside red circle). It is on the interior of the front wheel. The pic is taken from a lower angle, looking up. 
I ask because this is the other one... 
I can order parts online at a HUGE discount, but don't know the proper name of this particular part. |

It is the key car holder that your wife needs to use when she loses her keys. Actually those are your muffler bearings which need to be replaced. I had a mechanic at the shop on diversey and racine tell me that. He looked very surprised when I told him there was no such thing..... |
