Has anyone heard fo this? A friend of mine's website has been infected with it and there doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there regarding it. The hosting company is supposedly working on it.

I have AVG installed, which seems to detect it and eradicate it, but my friend McAffe hasn't notified him of anything...

Google actually brought it to our attention...
