I am looking for a personal trainer to help set up a workout program for me to lose some weight, work on core strength and get me ready for hoops starting up this fall. Anyone have a guy in the NW or W suburbs that they work with? Looking for it to be more independent than what you get at the gym where they want to get together 3x a week at 90 a session. No thanks on that. |

I recommend having your sister become a personal trainer. It's worked wonders for me. |
