Had a good start to the week, but a rough weekend. A bachelor party killed me on Saturday. Back to the grind this week.

Okay, this is updated. I think the health club scale was screwed up so Im keeping the same weight for both weeks.

Actually, they no longer have a scale at the health club, so I need to buy one tonight.


Just pick yourself up each night before going to bed, and see if you feel lighter each day.
