Chippewa Falls, Wis., prison doctor accused of touching inmates' genital, rectal areas CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. — A former physician at the Stanley Correctional Institution is accused of having sexual contact with inmates during physical exams. Brian Bohlmann of Madison is charged in Chippewa County with six counts of sexual assault. A criminal complaint says that in one case last September, the 46-year-old doctor treated a 25-year-old male inmate for a back problem, but concentrated the exam on the patient’s genital and rectal areas. The complaint says after the exam, Bohlmann told the inmate to keep things between them, or they could get in trouble. Investigators say Bohlmann claims the exams were medically appropriate.
