I need to find someone from whom I can purchase and who can install replacement windows. I am not looking for top of the line windows as this is more of a temporary solution until either a remodoling or sale in the future.

Bigfan, do you have a guy. It's a small job and I can wait until mid October when the work starts to slow.

Stay away from Climateguard windows. They were installed in my house by the old owner and they are just plain crappy windows.

As I said, some of the windows in my house are Climateguards. 6 out of 8 of them have leaky seals between the panes and therefore have condensation in them.

I have a friend who also has a few of them and he has the exact same problem.

Which guy do you want?

Highest price---> means he ahs Workmans Comp Insurance
Med price---> Good guy, does windows and siding, has GL insurance
Low price----> you need to pay for the windows, he will pick them up, speaks broken english, has GL insurance, will come back if a problem exists
