The Storm’s home opener is at 7 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 20, against Milwaukee at the Sears Centre Arena. Bring a teddy bear to the game and throw it onto the field after the Storm's first goal. All bears will be collected and donated to local charities.

The Storm defeated the New Jersey Ironmen, 4-2, last Sunday!

Yep. And then the Storm unceremoniously fired him after his tireless efforts to promote them here.

Give him his job back and I'll consider a Storm game.

Is the "storm" a sports team? Or is it a craft show term?

Hard to put into words how it feels to read all that.

Thanks to all that came on Saturday. The Wave won 12-8, but the game was exciting.

More than 2,500 in attendance at the Sears Centre. If you enjoy fast paced sports action, come on out this season!

Welcome to the shark tank, not to be confused with the SHARK tank which may be worse but in a different kind of way. When you move the venue east of Iowa, let me know. In the meantime, offer some free tickets, rides to/from games, and a buffet if you want attention.

What is THE STORM? LaCrosse? Hockey? 12-8 Score? Baseball?
