Taken from B&B section. Going to toss out November15th as a possibility since the Bears play on Thursday night that week. We can pretty much play anywhere since we don't need to reserve a gym. Thoughts?

park on the north shore.
7 on 7. flag or touch.
6 second rush.
3 completes for a first down.
first to score 7 touchdowns wins.

i'm playing quarterback since I can't run.

You seem to have two legs based on the pics from the PA shows.

i can run straight and throw...
i can't turn, plant, cut, or rotate my hips as much as I would like.
plus, falling or getting two handed touched in the back = bad.

One park that I have played at in the past is Foster/Austin park. Basically a wide open space, close to 90 at the Foster exit. Not fancy, but good enough for you schlubs. :-)

You sure you aren't already a wideout for the Bears?

I'm in. This should be interesting...

Rather than 3 completions, I'd go by distance (2 cones or so). I have some cones and flags/belts. In other words, I'm in.

If blacks are playing, Steve would want no part of that.

Think I'm in.

Maybe we can get Steve Sabol and crew to document it in short film.
Including testimonials from Doug Buffone, OB, Coach, Mike Murphy, Uncle Terry, Pappy, etc... I can just hear the NFL films music library in my head now.

I actually like 4 downs to get to midfield, 4 downs to the end zone.

I play in a regular game on Sundays and we use a full length field (with anywhere from 5 on 5 to 8 on 8 ) with cones at about every 15 yards or so. You have to get past two cones for a first down. We also limit running plays to 1 per possession. It seems to work pretty well.
