Shameless plug for me. Rates have dropped again, low 5s for the 30 year, mid 4s for the 15 year, around 4.25% for the 10 year, around 4% for the 5 year arm. All of this, of course, depends on credit, LTV etc. PM me if you have questions. |

Yeah, Im still screwed. At least Ive built enough equity to no longer have a reverse mortgage. |

Bought 9/11/07,a lot has happened since than with my personal situation,but I plan on being here for another 2-3yrs so hope it gets better. |

Bump. Rates are still low, especially if you can afford a 10 or 15 year amortization. |
