I remember watchin MNF with my dad when Howard Cosell broke the news. I was only 10, but I could tell something big happened, as my mom is a huge Beatles fan. Can't believe it's been 29 years. |

Can I get the overrated chant going?THe only reason he lived here was to escape taxes back home and he criticized this country ala M Moore. If he didn't like it here he should have went back home. |

Can't believe it's been 29 years. Same here, I was 8. I was playing with some hot-wheels or matchbox cars on the kitchen floor and we had the little black and white tv up on top of the refrigerator. I had never seen my Mom so sad about somebody that she didn't even know. I knew it was a pretty big deal, but I didn't know why. |
