Been complianing the last 2 days to the hosting company, as I pruned a bunch of stuff and it still ran slow. Got this answer this morning

Yes, we had a bad clients on the node who use it for spamming consuming all the bandwidth, I've stop it now and it should be faster, please check.

Just to be safe, why don't you print them all out. Then you could type them all into the new board.

Have you ever considered switching to a Yuki board? I know a guy who runs one pretty cheaply, and they don't seem to run into many probs.

Sometimes you can do a funky export that will convert everything. Not sure about phpbb. But IMU is right, the easiest solution is to find a different hosting company.

I have had people try it and only one person has been able to do it. He is the person I hired for another project and then when it is done, he will move the board to his server, no it is not cheap.
