Several teams look inflated to me. I don't see one "over" that jumps out at me. Teams that I expect to be better than last year (Arizona, New Orleans, Dallas, Philly, Miami) seem to have optimism already built into the price. Best value looks like teams headed for disappointment, slippage, or failing to meet expectations. Early looks: Indy under, San Diego under, Cincinnati under, Minnesota under.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago. Take the Giants under 9. That division is tough as hell. Philly and Dallas are gonna be better this year. The Redskins are the class of that division. Look for Tiki Barber to slip this year. He's getting up there in age. Giants will win 7 games this year.
