Anyone got any ideas???

Not looking for something extravagant, just a place to crash for the night

Preferably something close to Conseco

Any Bar recommendations also would be welcome

As far as bars go, just hit up the bars in Broad Ripple. There are a ton of them and plenty of drunk young ladies. I have always been too drunk to remember where I went but I do remember having fun.

Crowne Plaza at Union Station

Stayed here last summer...well within walking distance...nice room... :D

Can't promise it will be teeming with young chicks engaging in cosplay like it was when I was there, however... :(

I'm a big fan of Embassy Suites...but the one in downtown Indy is terrible. Don't stay there. Homewood Suites on Meridian is nice. The Marriott on Maryland St across from the convention center is nice too & they have a good sports bar in the Hotel called Champions. Downtown Indy is one of the best kept travel secrets with good hotels, restaurants, & shopping.
If you want to drop some coin on a good steak, go to St. Elmos.

Is this foreal? Free "Wii Fit Sex Machine" Ajent needs a HOTEL to stay at in Indy? I'll gloss over the fact that it's only ~3 hours away (that is, if you drive like the 7th letter or even better) and remind you that YOU ARE FREE AJENT MAN. You can't publicly admit you need a flophouse hotel to crash at.... you have to go to the game knowing that you're going to bed some mostly-toothed Indianapolis bitch who's not only going to give you the keys to her heart, but also the castle and chariot.

IMHO, the legend of Free Ajent has just taken a hit.... and he lipped the shit out of that motherfucker. The funny thing? Those weren't mouth lips.... =D
