The bad thing about seeking the assistance of a financial advisor is that they want you to pay for it. Weird. So, I figured I would at least ask if anyone on the CSFMB works in this area, because Ugie has some questions. If you are able to help or are at least knowledgable of mortgage solutions/options, let me know. |

Hmm! You are making or have made the biggest purchase in your life. Should you pay a professional or ask a bunch of clowns on a message board for advice? I'll bet these answers are going to be epic! |

Go to the bank on the corner. They are offering a 100 dollars if you go in there and they don't greet you with a hello. |

Unfortunately, Ugie was up to his eyesballs in debt from financing three sets of Ping golf clubs and four country club memberships. I told Ugie to pay down that debt while putting as much as he could into savings each month and to touch base with me in five years.
Hi, I'm David Hochberg of Townstone Financial. Don't make a mistake with a banker. Call me and my team of real estate professionals. |

Did I miss something, or did Ugie actually ask some questions? |

IMU wrote: Ugie, you shouldn't have bought a house. That just leads to trouble. If you rented and had a roommate like I do, you could afford to buy 2 cars in a year, and finance multiple country club memberships. Plus you could take your laundry to your mommy's house on Sunday and she would do it for you while she makes you a yummy dinner.
