I'd make that trade in a heartbeat if I had the tickets. After the awful experience of trying to park at Soldier Field last year for a preseason game I don't want to come close to that place if the game doesn't mean anything. And this is coming from a Sox fan. Drink some beer, sit outside, and watch some baseball. Would be a great deal if you ask me.
