I know somebody thats looking to sell Ginseng, like it to be in Indiana, I know it's difficult, but does anybody have an idea where to go.

Just wants a fair deal for it and any info would be appreciated.

Here I was searching up and down to see if this was a parody thread of "Allen Ginsberg."

This board is sorely lacking in beat generation parodies. Guess I will just have to try some other spot on the road

She got it somehow, took it to some places, it's good, just a little older than some have seen, so they wouldn't take it, she is just looking for a fair deal for it, kinda needs the money so it would help if she could sell it.

Especially when you placed your own laughing smiley emoticons. Usually that is Krazy Ivans job to follow up your posts,

Reents, you do realize selling FDA regulated and expired pills is probably a pretty big penalty, with some jail time.

Considering i know the guy who tried to sell the 300,000 bottles of expired Henry's Salad dressing and he got some jail time...I would imagine pills might have a bigger hit.

I just thought I would try and help her, I don't know what she really has, never seen it, could be the plant or root, not the seeds.

I know recently she took it to some people, to try and sell it, its just the people have never seen what she had, Im guessing what she has is still good.

Yes, she did call somebody, and the person thought she was with some authority group and didn't want to help much.

"But Officer, QB said it wasnt regulated!"

Oh, 1 more thing......

FDA Initiates Seizure of Ginseng Because of Potentially Risky Pesticide Residues

At the request of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey issued a warrant for the seizure of imported ginseng, and held for sale at FCC Products, Inc., located in Livingston, N.J. The U.S. Marshals Service, accompanied by an FDA investigator, yesterday seized the ginseng. The exact amount and extent of distribution at this time is unknown, but was probably small in scope. Due to the uncertainty of the distribution, FDA is issuing a nationwide warning to those who may have used this product.

The bulk and blended ginseng products held at FCC Products, Inc., are adulterated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act because they contain pesticide chemical residues that are unsafe. The pesticide chemical residues, procymidone and quintozene, are deemed unsafe because there has been no tolerance established for residues of procymidone and quintozene in ginseng.

During an inspection of FCC Products, Inc., FDA collected samples of the firm's ginseng, which the firm uses as an ingredient to blend into dietary supplements. FDA laboratory analysis determined that the bulk ginseng products sampled at FCC Products, Inc., contain pesticide chemical residues procymidone and quintozene.

FDA is responsible for the enforcement of pesticide tolerances and food additive regulations. A raw agricultural commodity or a processed food or feed is deemed to be unsafe and adulterated, and subject to FDA enforcement action, if a pesticide chemical residue for which no tolerance has been set is present in food.

Johnny B ran with the Salad Dressing story! I went to camp with the guy who did it, he was a habitual scammer. Sold fake jewelry before that, knockoffs, etc. Got in trouble for that too.

The Salad dressing he mad new expiration labels made with blackout materials, so you cant see the old date.

But I think anytime you find old products laying around, I would look to sell them on the street...thats a solid idea!

How long would it take you to sell 300,000 bottles of salad dressing on the street? An entire lifetime?

What type of individual would buy salad dressing from someone on the street ? That's a terrifying thought
