Does anyone work with a concrete guy that does stamped concrete? Looking to rip out my deck and have a patio set up.

Thanks - NW/W burbs.

Stamped should run you $10-$12 a foot.

Go to Ozinga.com and see the stamped concrete patterns and colors. Thats where you need to pick from. They will sell your guy the color additive and then rent your guys the stamps for the pattern you pick.

Make sure they roll on the sealer when all is done. Ask for 2 extra gallons of sealer for you to put some on later as well.

Don't call me guys, they only work with builders. As you can see some have no clue how to deal with such trades.

Once again, I am sure others that have never done such projects though will be able to give you better info than I can.

I saw some nice work done from an outfit in Geneva a few years back. They were on top of the stamp and stain game right when it started.

Agree, call Ozinga, but you can still use their sight to pick out exactly what you want first. Then get similar quotes

That is why you call someone and ask them to come back and fix it with the warranty you have in the contract.

Maybe frank has much better contractors for you in the future.

Always an implied warranty, always limitations.
