A steakhouse with Southern origins in Misissippi.

Went to one in AR last week. I have better steaks at the local diner.

Extra fatty ribeye that was almost totally devoid of any flavor. Servers dressed in jeans and t-shirts gave a high end steakhouse the feel of a Sonic Drive thru. My bad, I'm sorry, they actually have uniforms and dress professionally.

I've never, in the "Old South" (i.e. not TX) actually had a really good steak at a non-chain steakhouse. The steaks at the local places have always been similar to yours, fatty and devoid of flavor.
