My neighborhood (sort of). It's a new place that took over from a South American steak place. I think they have taken on way too much space for this type of restaurant and I wouldn't expect them to last.

At least the prices are reasonable. It pisses me off when neighborhood restaurants charge top prices and then wonder why no one goes, despite the quality of the food.
