A fine condiment. Stirring this into some rice or scrambled eggs has become a go-to lunch or dinner for me. I've stopped chewing the Sichuan peppers, though, because that buzzing feeling gets to be a bit much after a while. I think you're supposed to kinda fish them out anyway.

So weird...I have recently discovered this and it's a fave. It's excellent on fish, cucumbers, pineapple, steamed greens, noodles, asian style soups, avocados, rice, mayo based salads, deviled eggs, roasted potatoes, dressings, marinades. So good.

It's great in Raman.

I like to put a Hersey's kiss on top of my sous vide eggs bites.

its a texture thing because its doesn't taste all that amazing but I love it. I graduated from Mr Bings and Trader Joes to Lao Gan Ma and probably won't go back.

I went with the Lao Gan Ma, which has a funny picture of its creator on it where he's like "hey man what are you looking at me for:"

Looks good and I always use that stuff when it shows up with my chinese food order, but skinny me doesn't need those extra fat and calories in my life. GOnna pass

I'd spoon it on the top. Use it in place of hot sauce. Or to accompany hot sauce.

I add it to everything afterwards. and i use barely a teaspoon of it on 3 eggs.

Yeah, same here, about a teaspoon after they're done and then kinda swirl it around (and again, take out the sichuan peppers unless you really like the endorphin rush from stinging your tongue).
