My ex-wife, who still lives in Ferguson tells me that there's too many white cops in the predomanatly black city. Makes sense to me.

My wife asked me last night if I expected to be having sex when I'm a 100 year old man. I told her I expected that I'd still want it all the time. She responded "well, what if I am sick or not able?"...poor, naïve girl thought I meant with her

I know you're being a smartass, but that's OK. I fired all the fucking doctors and flushed ALL my meds down the toilet long before I watched the following 5 minute video that may help the uninformed.

Thanks. It's been a total life commitment. A commitment that I wouldn't wish on anyone not a member of the Taliban. To give 'yall an idea:

6AM wake up and down a couple of herbs beneficial to my circumstances with a full glass of water. The water washes out whatever food residue left in the stomach and small intestine. 2 cups of black coffee (because I like it) as my body adjusts to wakefulness.

7:30AM Breakfast of spinach omelette lightly cooked in butter with an avocado. Overcooking the yolk is a waste. It depletes the needed fatty acids. Forget about the protean value of the whites. You get all you need in a day from other plant and meat sources. Never, but never cook with canola oil. Put it on your salad if you don't like olive oil.

There's a misconception about breakfast being the most important meal. It IS, but for this reason: your immune system is in repair and rest mode during sleep. It needs fuel to get up and running. Eat a hearty breakfast...all you want as a matter of fact. But no dessert after eating breakfast or ANY meal. You want dessert? Eat it before the main course. And get this: do not eat breakfast until you feel hunger. The longer your gut rests the more it self repairs. That's why people fast, whether they know it or not.

8AM 10 minutes of hard and fast exercise to hasten glucose to the muscles for (where you need it most)

NOON My favorite meal. Big salad with a small added carb left over from last night's dinner. Vinegar or lemon juice are a must. (If you must have a creamy dressing then just drink the shit straight from the bottle and forget about it)

12:30PM 10 minutes of hard and fast exercise followed by a half an hour of a more leisurely workout.

6PM Dinner of 1 part carb, 1 part meat and 2 parts fresh green veggies.

6:30PM 10 minutes of hard and fast exercise followed by a half an hour of a more leisurely workout.

7:30PM 2 or more rum and green tea's with a bowl O' weed, depending how buried the Cardinals or Bulls are by then.

9:30-ish Small snack to keep blood my sugar from dipping, then sleep.

3AM wake up and eat a small bedside snack to keep my blood sugar from dipping.

6AM Repeat.

This my daily routine. Nothing gets in the way of it. No work, no pussy, no life. I did it to myself with years of self abuse and neglect. I'm cool with it though. What other choice is there?

Never fry when you can bake. Never boil when you can steam. Never over-cook food. Don't overwork your system by eating too many raw, hard to digest foods. Cooked foods are what took the energy load off our gut to process the nutrients that allowed more fat to enlarge our brain.

Don't go vegan. They suffer from B12 shortage. (found only in meat) Unless you live near the Equator take vitamin D in the winter months. D is not like other vitamins. Some others you can exclude completely with no ill effects. D acts as a catalyst to release enzymes from other vitamins that won't work without it. (look it up)

there's no doubt doing all that shit will make you a healthier person. it's not easy for your average joe with a 50 hour job, wife, kids, stress, etc. to do that.

good luck with it though!

It's a daily struggle. I want to eat right and I do sometimes.
I eat a lot of salads and fruit but the "bad" food tastes a lot better.

My favorite part of his "diet" is at least two glasses of rum a day and then some weed.

I'll remember that the next time I'm eating a slice of wheat bread.

Alcohol reduces heart attacks, ichemic strokes and circulatory problems through a number of identified ways. They include:

1.Improving blood lipid profile by increasing HDL (“good”) cholesterol and decreasing LDL (“bad”) cholesterol.
2.Decreasing thrombosis (blood clotting) by reducing platelet aggregation, reducing fibrinogen (a blood clotter) and increasing fibrinolysis (the process by which clots dissolve).
3.Other ways such as increasing coronary blood flow, reducing blood pressure, and reducing blood insulin level.
The moderate consumption of alcohol appears to be more effective than most other lifestyle changes that are used to lower the risk of heart and other diseases. For example, the average person would need to follow a very strict low-fat diet, exercise vigorously on a regular basis, eliminate salt from the diet, lose a substantial amount of weight, and probably begin medication in order to lower cholesterol by 30 points or blood pressure by 20 points.

But medical research suggests that alcohol can have a greater impact on heart disease than even these hard-won reductions in cholesterol levels or blood pressure. Only cessation of smoking is more effective. Additionally, other medical research suggests that adding alcohol to a healthful diet is more effective than just following the diet alone.

Not at all. That was just a report of MY daily routine. My advice to those interested was just steam over boil and watch your vitamin D. Pretty general.

There's no fucking way to give specific advice. There's too much conflicting information. For example: eggs are a super food! No, eggs raise cholesterol! No, our bodies LIVE on cholesterol! Yes, the GOOD cholesterol! No, all cholesterol is good! Fuck it!

Don't drink milk, you're not a calf! Drink milk for the vitamin D and Calcium! No, calcium is stripped by pasteurization! Yes, but it's re-fortified with calcium afterwards! But studies show that milk actually promotes osteoporosis in older women! Not raw milk! Raw milk is too risky! Fuck it!

And so it goes....

Pastaman, your immune system doesn't give a shit about an occasional bag of potato chips or bottle of soda. If you feed it the right stuff just most of the time it can kick decease to the curb, much less a bad snack.

Bull Man - Serious question... A guy at work swears by chick peas (garbanzos).

He eats 2 - 15 oz. cans a day for lunch and says it fills him up and keeps things "moving" regularly. What is your opinion?

I wouldn't say "no doubt" about anything related to a specific diet as it applies to health. The agreed upon recommendations change more frequently than Score Midday hosts. Eggs, Avocado, Alcohol, Rice, etc. Sugar (including many popular fruits) now seems to be a universally accepted bad. Those juice boxes you put in your kids lunch? Orange juice with breakfast? The only area I don't think has changed in my lifetime is the benefit of exercise, getting a good nights sleep and not smoking or drinking to excess.

I'm familiar. Chick's are good little beans. As far as I know, 30 oz. a day of any good plant fiber will keep you "moving". (if not running!)

I'd be doubled over in pain and unable to sleep if I ate that many beans. I like the taste of beans, but man, they kill me.
