Not sure what you mean by rolled out dough ball. Is it a ball, or a thawed/ready to bake rolled out crust disc? I buy mine in the freezer section as balls that would crack a skull if you threw it at someone..... :lol:

Rosati's quality varies by location, though...

The one I lived behind when I was in Palatine was pretty good...the one I lived by in Arlington Heights (Hintz/BG Rd) was the drizzling shits.

Same now...the one on Grand in Gurnee (across from Great America) is pretty good. The one in Grayslake (120/45)...bad.

Truth on the Round Lake one...we ordered from there for #1's birthday party last year because it was around the corner from the Children's Museum...really good.
