Left over mexican rice with some taco meat mixed in

IMU-Pay Attention. This recipe will cost you a unit price of about a dollar per meal:

Spanish Rice:

Boil 1 cup Water, add 1 tomato bullion cube while the water is heating up. Add 1 cup rice, and the minute rice stuff is more than acceptable.

Once the water has absorbed into the rice, add 1 can of fiesta corn and 1 can of diced tomatoes with the pepper chunks in it. Mix together under low heat so you don't burn the rice.

If you get creative, get a half pound of ground beef, brown it and add taco seasoning. Mix with rice, and it's extremely tasty.

Doing the absolutely unthinkable thing and having a frozen dinner...the box says "Healthy Choice" ...this doesn't taste too good, much less "healthy." Not sure how everyone else manages to consume these things regularly
