These 2 are probably my favorite:

Bertie's Original Pepper Sauce - A hot sauce from Trinidad and Tobago its really fresh tasting and has a nice spice to it. Don't make the mistake of buying the scorpion pepper version as its way too spicy overbearing even for those that can take heat... get the Original version. Caribbean people love spicy food and this sauce is very popular in their country.

and not a hot sauce but a spicy condiment sold at most Asian Grocers is also a staple in my house is Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp. Can be used on all kinds of dishes from eggs, to rice, to chicken, etc..
