Original name was awesome and that burger looks and sounds awesome. Did you include the kiss with each? I agree with your comments on the fries with polish sausage. Very good.

It is unfortunate I missed that. Not in town until March so I'm out of luck. I wasn't expecting to get my burger fix in a meatloaf thread.

You could do a burger with Irish bacon and cheese. A few of the greasy spoons in the area offer it and it really is great. There is more surface area than regular bacon.
