Vendor took us out to lunch today. Went to Spears in Wheeling. Had a Bourbon Bacon Coffee Burger. If this is what's going to kill me. I'm fine with that. It was delightful.

This is a terrible idea.

if you live off of like impossible/beyond meats you are going to have a bad time. they are basically loaded with carbs, soy, sodium, and saturated fats. you can be vegatarian or vegan and do pretty well but you have to eat a ton to make up the protein you need or supplement heavy.


I personally have not really decreased meat consumption. I eat a ton of chicken, turkey, and deer. We raise our own hogs, and know the people that raise our beef. So i feel good about whatever we eat usually.

So in other words, you are saying that the impossible meats are loaded with.....garbage!
