Burger King's foray into gut-busting menu items no one asked for in the first place continues: GrubGrade reports a BK in Hermitage, Pennsylvania is offering traditional Whopper ingredients all wrapped up in a tortilla and named, of course, the Whopperito.
Burger King is also testing testing Whopper Dogs in select markets, according to Fortune. The dish appears to meld the Whopper with a surprisingly popular new item on the chain's menu, grilled hot dogs, and is the latest in a slew of gimmicky foods like "angry" red buns and fried chicken in the shape of rings.

According to a photo taken at the Hermitage location, the Whopperito appears to include flame-grilled beef, American cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles, and onions. Will BK unleash the fury of the Whopperito on the other 49 states? Stay tuned; Eater has reached out for further info.

The Angry Whopper is a good fast food burger but they come up with some real weird shit like this whopperito nonsense. The whopper dog looks bad too.

A Whopper with cheese, no onion is the key. Its one of the best traditional fast food burgers. No need to get crazy with this foolishness.

How many whopperitos would you say you could eat? Sans onion, of course .

FF could easily whip the shit out of most of the board.

Pretty much everyone except Leash and I, to be honest.

There's an easily-viewed open lot across from the Estates, isn't there?

You used to be able to get the Big Mac in a wrap, I always found it tasty. I would try the Whopperito, as the Whopper is my choice over the Big Mac anyway. Warm, soft tortilla is the key.

Our local sports bar and eatery of choice offers their sandwiches on flour or jalapeño wraps. I often choose this option- I love flour tortillas, and it saves room for more beers. As the bar is named Coachs, the sandwiches are named for famous coaches, and my favorite is the Charlie Weiss (they do not offer a Mangino, but should) A half pound burger topped with smoked pulled pork, bacon and onion rings. Makes a mess on the bun, but very controlled when wrapped.

This string of Burger King commercials with the guy saying "Huge" as "Yuge" are almost as annoying as Kars for Kids.

It's like he has a New York accent and a Boston accent in the same sentence.

I'm down for a Whopperito contest or McNugget 2.0 contest. I'll show up this time.

I had this over a month ago just to try it.

Don't. Worst thing I've ever eaten and I love fast food.
