They are a florida based fast food place. We have an office in florida and i eat there all the time. I introduced it to my family on the way to georgia this past week. stopped in ATL and on the way back in Nashville. They are hooked.

its carribean grilled pork/chicken/ribs. has all sorts of rice/beans/corn type side dishes.

I hope to God they start making their way up here.

Pollo Tropical is the BEST. I swear by the pork tropichop with yellow rice/vegetables, everything on top, and healthy additions of chopped onions, jalapenos, some guava BBQ, spicy poyo-poyo sauce, and CURRY MUSTARD.

They probably won't make it to Chicago. They're big on quality control and didn't even expand north of Stuart until a few years ago.
