To not be a complete dick and answer the question at hand...beer. At the G-Spot and in Milwaukee, tailgate.

Wrigley is either a trip to Bernie's because that's where I always went with my grandpa or Yak-zees because my wife likes the buffalo chicken pizza.

Out of town parks, I like to meander around the stadium early...try and sample different food options, and hope they have decent beer.

Both stadiums and and the games themselves can be stress inducing. If at all possible, I like to listen to all 3 movements of Erik Satie's Gymnopedie prior to entry. One will do in a pinch. Also, hockey nachos and weed.

Remember, I'm in my middle-ish 30's now. You won't be as interested in touching all up on me.

When I was a kid we used to stop at Riccobene's on the way to Comiskey. Pick up a sack of breaded steak sandwiches and bring them to the game. Instantly the envy of everyone within 5 rows of you. But very messy to eat at the ballpark or in general.

When I got a little older and we had season tickets at the new park I used go to one of the little hot dog stands by the steps leading down to our seats and get a dog with grilled onions and mustard, sometimes 2. Desert would be a churro, but the key to the churro stand was you had to get there by the 5th inning or the churros got a little stale. finish it all off by stopping at the centerfield shower to clean all the crumbs and filth off my body.
