This guy reviews a frozen dinner that is bloated. Bloating is a sign of contamination from improper temperature storage, thawed then refroze, way past it's expiration date, etc. Then he's commenting on it's vinegary taste. Maybe could it be because it's spoiled.

No, but you'll serve it to your customers! And from your post, you know better! So guess what you're doing tonight Mr. freezer burned microwave meal man- you're cleaning this goddamn freezer out. If I come back tomorrow and it's not clean, I will not save this thread.
