As a longtime buffalo joes wing guy....I was excited to take a trip into Evanston for some wings, (Pre NU game)..

Ordered my suicide single order and a cheddar burger.

Disappointed is all I had to say.

Buffalo Joes used to be the second best wings I have ever had (Tarks in Miami still #1),

They used to give you some good sized wings and many of the drumsticks with "The oyster" (Look it up)

The wings I had last night are the smallest wings I ever had and many had shattered bones inside the wings.

I understand cost cutting but this was terrible.

The sauce was still excellent...but it could not save the place from dead in my book, from once GREAT!

I agree with your assessment but the sauce will keep me coming back.
