Big and tasty. It's chicken,lettuce and cucumber with a choice of 3 different sauces for 3.99.
I had the sweet chili sauce. It was pretty tasty. I looked it up online and it was still 480 calories.
Even when you try to eat healthy at McDonalds,it's not possible.

Is there a "fast food" healthy alternative with a drive thru?
