Sriracha + Ranch.

I just heard about this today, I've never had it, but it's awesome and I highly recommend you all try it.

You are welcome people. Put this on everything.

That sounds disgusting. Sriracha is glorious, while ranch dressing is gross. Why would I goop up perfectly good sriracha?

You seem more like a French dressing kind of guy.

I don't like salad dressing. I'll go with a smidge of balsamic vinaigrette sometimes, like if I'm somewhere nice or at someone's house and I don't want to cause a scene. Usually, I just squeeze a lemon slice over my salad. I cannot do ranch dressing under any circumstance. Salad is light and fresh and subtle. How can you weigh it down with overwhelming gunk?

One time in high school, I was reading about the culture of Utah, and how they dip their fries in "fry sauce." This is a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise, kind of like Thousand Island. So I thought I would try to do as the Utahns do and dip some fries in some fry sauce. I hate ketchup. I hate mayonnaise. I don't even like French fries that much. It was so awful. Fuck you, Utah.

Salad Dressing, ranch, mayo.....all disgusting. I will put hot sauce or nothing on a salad.

I mostly use salad dressing for non-salad purposes like cheese sticks or cheese bread or potatoes.

However, this would be delicious on a chicken sandwich. I just have to figure out the correct balance.

Yeah, I don't like any sort of heavy, cream-based sauces or soups. The consistency bothers me. These things should be thin and light.

Sriracha is good shit, although I've never mixed it with ranch. It sounds like an optimal plan.

I did this over the weekend. Made a BBQ Chicken Salad but instead of BBQ Ranch made the SriRancha.

Verdict: Awesome.
