BBQ place on Dearborn near Division.

I thought the ribs were fantastic. Smoked perfectly and didn't even need sauce. I did try the mustard bbq sauce and thought that it was very tasty.

Had some smoked chicken with a dry rub. Nice little bite and fall off the bone tender. I'm not an afficiando like many of you but it was some of the best I've ever had.

Went there when it first converted from what used to be a sushi restaurant. Good stuff in a refined setting. Been traveling to Texas a lot lately though and aside from tips and hot links the product at any of the Q joints I have been to in the Chicago area seem to be overrated, oversauced, and overpriced

Even Chas is laughing at this.

Guys used to run Chicago Firehouse. They get their lights from us. Good people.

Agree 100%. Hot links and tips are the only things worth eating at Chicago BBQ establishments, and only a few joints do either or both of these things well.

I'll agree with the over priced but I expect that at Division and Dearborn.

The ribs came out unsauced though with three bbq sauces of our choosing, on the siide.
