I've dropped about 35 lbs since October. Helped immensely with sleep apnea

I'm off this week doing some Mr Mom type stuff and I'm off the program

I've been very good thru the holidays and more but this week I'm eating anything and everything

So far

2 Chocolate long johns
Chocolate fudge brownie milkshake
Huge slice of nonnas pizza

Thinking chili dog/pizza puff combo for lunch

I might gain 10 lbs this week

...and thus the disdain for the Thorton Melon customers is explained.

Dropped the weight and cigarettes. Can't wait to go back to doctor. Gonna do a celebration dance

Thornton Melon: Yeah, well you're short and ugly. Gimme my pen back.

Before and after pictures of people losing weight are always good motivators.

Cheat day? Week?

Why don't you just make it a cheat year? Because it looks like you're already buying tickets to board the Fat Ass Express. Destination Type II diabetes and hypertension.

My goodness!

Thin guy looks slightly happier. Does the hat on the thin guy have a Tom Brady chubby going on underneath it?

Oh. So that's why you stopped by a few weeks ago.

You can definitely tell the difference in the cheek area and the hat is looser fitting.

It's like chiseling marble to form a classic Greek statue.

Beardown is looking real good. Congrats on the weight loss.

You should change the Y in your name to an I to account for the decreased spread.

Congrats RPB on the weight loss. I believe that I've picked up your weight. I had a jacket that didn't fit. Winter is almost always bad for me when it comes to exercise.

Nice job on the weight loss.

Hopefully your cheat day/week works better than mine most of the time. Usually I think I will go off for a couple days and then right back. And before long all the weight is right back
