I would say good pay with a strong company that you know is headed in the right direction - whether you really like the job or not - is the right way to go

i've been at my current job for 1 1/2 years now, like it ok enough but it is somewhat exhausting.
boss from my last job calls me yesterday afternoon and leaves me a message to call him back
i did some side work for him about a year ago that was some pretty nice cash for only a few hours of work, so i was that was what he wanted
he wants me to come back and is offering me a pretty insane amount of cash...like a huge raise from where i'm at now
there was a reason i left though...would feel weird to go back there again but like the Million Dollar Man said everyone has a price, when someone throws enough cash at you , kinda have to listen...told him i'd think about it and call him next week

Tell him he needs to hire Virgil for you.
