The best course of action would be to contact your local Fire Department. Often, they have a couple guys that do this kind of work as a side job. If not, they will give you a reccomendation for someone that in solid. Just call the NON-EMERGENCY number!

My guy did ths also. He told me if he said run...RUN. We all lived. Not unusual at all for those that make a living at it.
