I had my surgery October 10th, and I've now gone thru 7 PT sessions. Though it's getting better, my range of motion still sucks. Still, I'm glad I had it fixed.

Just looking for some wisdom from anyone here that might've gone thru the same procedure. Thanks.

Also, sorry to anyone who read the title and was expecting a story that starts, "I never thought it would happen to me..."

Take all the time you need during recovery; you don't want to find yourself sore while sitting in meetings a decade from now.

make sure you check your e-mail because you've undoubtedly gotten some from garpax telling you in no uncertain terms are you supposed to deviate from your limited-posts plan; even tho every ounce of thibodeau's being wants to get you out there for 40+ posts per day.

just think about the looks on your children's faces as dad aches and groans while he tries to sit down on the computer chair and know that they're thinking "man i wish dad didn't destroy his body going out there for 30-40 posts per day on the CSFMB back in 2014-15"

(yeah everyone else got the joke in way before i did. and way better than me too. i just wanna be a pepper too!)
