It is referring to a 2013 study in the American Journal of Cardiology that showed a small spike in heart attacks on the Sunday following the March time change.

A University of Alabama study done in 2012 showed a 10 percent jump in heart attacks on the Monday and Tuesday following the time change in March.

Compromise by putting Illinois and Indiana on a half-hour time zone like Newfoundland. Our 4:30 winter sunsets and 4:30 summer sunrises are both bullshit.

I was in SW Indiana and Northern Kentucky two weeks ago and the time can literally change from county to county.

December 1st you'd be looking at sunrise around 8, January 1st around 8:20, February 1st around 8:05. That's probably a little late for kids who have to get to school around 7:30.
