:lol: :lol: Yeah I'm pretty sure most regular guys aren't looking for a wife who cheats. If you've ever seen the look of devastation on the face of a man after a woman has cheated on him/left him it's clear that wasn't his goal. Same is true for women.

This has been an interesting read this morning.

As someone said way back in the thread this is all about context. I feel like my thoughts on this have probably changed as I have grown older and been married longer. If our first few years of marriage I would probably have freaked out if my wife had dinner with another guy in any context. But now after a lot of ups and downs and a lot of maturing, I do not think I would freak out at all.

I don't know about your first sentence. I think there are plenty of people who get married because they are either impressed with themselves or think others will be impressed with the beauty of their mate. It is not just rich guys who do it either.
