Keep in mind, "disproportionate" doesn't mean "majority", necessarily:

If a group makes up a total of 13% of the population, but comprises 49% of the murder arrests, 32% of rape arrests, 54% of robbery arrests, 34% of aggravated assault arrests, and on and on, how exactly is it "hateful" or "racist" to point out that disproportion?

I mean really, are guys wrongfully charged with and convicted of crimes to that degree?

Fox created a business model of playing up to pissed off old people. Everything is an outrage, and everyone needs to be appalled and offended by what Democrats, minorities, gays and college students are doing. Devoted viewers only watch Fox, and get no other viewpoints.

The numbers aren't racist. It's what MANY people say after pointing to those numbers that tends to get racist.
