UB40 said that red red wine goes to my head and makes me forget as well as red red wine makes me feel so fine and keeps me rocking all of the time but red red wine wasn't making Joseph Daniel Hudek IV of Tampa Florida feel so fine or keeping him rocking all of the time when a flight attendant broke a bottle of the tasty libation over his head in response to the man trying to open an emergency door and scuffling with other passengers during a flight to Beijing Friday.
Hudek, who appeared in U.S. District Court on Friday, wearing a beige jail uniform and sporting a scrape or bruise below his right eye, was charged with interfering with a flight crew, which carries a possible sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He is expected to remain in custody at least until a detention hearing on July 13.

Flight attendants in their old familiar place, the cabin, fought Hudek face to face after he attempted to open an emergency exit door. In the end, Hudek's appetite extended to several liter bottles of wine that were smashed over his head before he was ultimately subdued. Ever the showman, Hudek managed to flip his wheelchair while waving to his friends Brenda and Eddie as he was removed from SeaTac airport by police.
