You absolutely have to have an old stereo + cd-player combo out there. That's a must. And then once your garage hangout gets trendy you gotta insulate that bitch and bring in a TV.

No CD Player, just an old alarm clock radio continuously flashing 12:00.

Old 8 track player.

No references to a beer fridge? Or should one presume that's a given?

A cooler of ice with beer in would have to suffice.

This living document has electric trimmers and not a good old fashioned gas one? If your garage doesn’t run the risk of explosion from gasoline vapors I just don’t know what to think.

Only if it is an old kitchen fridge converted to a kegerator.

I dig the aesthetic here, but trust me... You need that old CD player that can't play like 90% of newer/cheaper CD-Rs so you're forced to rummage through all your stuff to find a bunch of CDs that you haven't listened to for at least 10 years and then you're stuck listening to shit like Sublime, Cypress Hill, later Wu-Tang, and all the other "trying too hard" fare that accompanied you out of your teenage years!

This has been observed in practice so I'm coming from a place of experience!

EDIT: please note that I am in no way implying I ever bought sublime and/or cypress hill stuff. I have way better taste in "weed music" thank you! also if you dredged up old teenage CDs of mine you'd hear shit like this.

Glad I live in a classy suburb where we have the good sense to hide our garages off of alleys and not the street. Not very conducive to sitting and watching anything interesting other than the garage across the alley.

A nice heated garage out in Bollingbrook with attached workshop does have a certain appeal to it. Until you open the door and realize you are way the hell out in Bollingbrook and tomorrow you will be commuting 2 hours each direction.

Isn't that the line from a Flaming Lips song?

Without a driveway where do you put your RV and/or boat and trailer?

No. I'm the first person in history to say it.
