I have an issue with a neighbor who does this shit too. Has an old Golden Retriever. Good dog. His wife always has the leash but when he walks him, never holds the leash. Puts me on edge because my dog can be mean and knows MMA. Already put my gf's sister's dog in a chokehold for getting too familiar.

I know this guy thinks his dog won't run away but you never know with a dog and I worry he will charge my dog one day, whether it be friendly or not, doesn't matter. Leashyourdogs. He's never been close enough to me for me to ask him to stop. I just hope he's not a dick about it like your situation, Hawaii, because I'll get pissed and get in his face if he were to talk to me like that, but I don't want the drama. But yea, you're just acting like a pussy.

I adopted my dog a little over a year ago and I already love him more than my gf. I can't begin to fathom how sick someone has to be in the head to want to harm a dog.
